The Lion Inn is owned and run by Simon and Dianne Smith and is situated on the Welsh borders in the village of Woonton.
The Lion Inn has been chosen as our featured venue, due to the great lengths they go to in catering for people with a gluten-free diet. One Coeliac City member said, ‘You are met by a warm and friendly greeting. There is no concern about the understanding of the disease, as Dianne has herself been diagnosed for years’.
